Zoe Heckmann

Data analytics specialist who bridges the gap between tech and creative worlds by making data more accessible and understandable.

After graduating from the University of Western Sydney, Zoe began her career in 2010 as an analyst at Bauer Media / Rolling Stone Magazine. In 2014, she joined Universal Music Australia, where she worked in a variety of Insights & Analytics roles. Since 2019, she has been based in Berlin, where she built and led BMG’s global data analytics team as Vice President Global Marketing Insights & Analytics.

Chris Lippert

Creative interface between idea, concept, creation and out-of-the-box content marketing in an international surrounding.

After studying at the University of the Arts in Berlin, Chris began his career in product and marketing at Hot Action Records in 2009, before joining Universal Music in 2014 as International Marketing Manager for artists including Dua Lipa, Placebo, Royal Republic and Enigma. More recently, he has worked as a manager, content creator & musician for artists like Die Ärzte and Beatsteaks, while also travelling as a freelance restaurant critic.

Matthias Henning

International music marketing expert, experienced in planning, executing and evaluating tailored international marketing & PR campaigns.

Between 1999 and 2008, Matthias held various marketing positions at EMI Capitol and Virgin Music, working with artists including Coldplay, Placebo and Pharrell Williams. In 2008, he joined Universal Music, where he oversaw international marketing for artists including a-ha, Rammstein and Lewis Capaldi. From 2018 to 2024, he was SVP International Repertoire at BMG, working on international release and marketing strategies and heading the BMG APAC & Japan team.
